I borrowed this book from the library when I started Keto. I was lost when I had to return it so I bought this one. Keto living is amazing. in just a month I lost 25 pounds. This book will be the best thing you have done for yourself since deciding to start Keto. You will love the Jerk Pork Pot Roast it is so yummy. The beginning tells you what you can eat and what to avoid. The entire book is wonderful.
I cooked many recipes from this book for my husband. He lost 26 lbs. Recipes are very good. I highly recommend this, if you are doing the Keto diet.

This is a fantastic book if u are serious about the keto diet
Terrific recipes! So many great ideas that are both easy and tasty. My teenage son, who is picky, even ate some of the food I cooked using the recipes from this book. The citrus chicken wings were my favorite; in fact, all the poultry recipes I've tried so far have been delicious. The recipes are easy to follow, and the ingredients are easy to find. A must have for new keto dieters.
Looks like lots of good information and tasty sounding recipes. Three stars however because I cannot find serving size or number of servings on the recipes. For example. one recipe calls for 1 1/2 lbs. of ground beef. How many servings should that be?
The book is simple and easy to read and understand...a great Keto Diet primer. I would have liked some photos, but see that this is more educational than a visual experience.
